EMERGEFX EVALUATIONS

When does my evaluation start?
Your evaluation begins the day your credentials arrive.
What platforms are used to operate in the forex and cfd market?
You can choose between using Dxtrade, where we have integrated TradingView, or using cTrader. On all platforms, you can access them from the PC version or the mobile version.

Minimum duration of trades
Operations must have a minimum duration of 15 seconds.
We understand that, under certain circumstances, a trade may be closed before this time due to reaching the take profit.

However, if a single trade is detected that lasts less than 15 seconds and has a balance that doesn't match your usual trading style or behavior, the result of that trade will be deducted.
What is the profit target?
In the evaluation phase, it is 8% of your account, and in the verification phase it is 5% of your account

What happens if I hit the profit target and then accidentally violated the drawdown rule?
Even if you reach the profit goal, but violate any of the established rules, you will not be eligible for the next level.

What is considered a trading day?
It is considered a day traded when you open a trade during the day.

For example, if you open a trade on Tuesday at 22pm (server time) and close it on Wednesday, it is considered a single day of trading.
How much time do I have to complete my evaluation?
There is no time to complete your assessment, so take your time.

What is the consistency rule?
The 50% rule means that you cannot achieve 50% of the target in the challenge in a single winning trade or day.

The trader will fail the evaluation if it can be proven that he did not comply with this consistency rule.

A trade that is generated within 2 minutes for the same position is considered a single trade or a single operation.

When you pass the evaluation and are in your simulated funding account, when reviewing the withdrawal request, it will be verified that the account does not have a trade or a day with 50% or more of the profit obtained.

This means, for example, that if you have a 10.000 USD account, and you bring your balance to 11.500 USD, after 20 days of trading, you will be eligible to request a withdrawal, since you have exceeded the account buffer.

Your current profit is 1500 USD, the rule is that you cannot have a winning trade or day that equals or exceeds 50% of that profit that you have at the time of requesting withdrawal, in this case, you cannot have a winning trade or day of 750 USD or more.

In case of having a winning trade or day, equal to or greater than 750 USD, this will be deducted from the account so that you can continue trading.
Do I have to wait 30 days to move to the next stage?
There's no need. If you reach the goal, for example, in 3 days, you only have to complete the minimum number of days negotiated (5 days) and you will be able to advance to the next stage.

Are there age requirements to receive funds?
Yes, the minimum age is 18 years.

How long do withdrawals take to be made?
Once you request a withdrawal, your account will be reviewed, and a response will be given within the next 24 hours. Once the payment is approved, if you choose to pay in cryptocurrency, the delay is minimal, as it is sent and reaches the customer in seconds. However, if you select a bank transfer, everything depends on the receiving bank. It typically takes between 48 and 72 business hours for the payment to appear.

How can I withdraw my winnings?
Once you have complied with all the established rules for your account and operations, you can request your withdrawal by sending an email to support@emergeprofit.com
.

The email must include:

Confirmation that you wish to make a withdrawal.

The exact amount you wish to withdraw.

The name of the account from which you are requesting the withdrawal.

The message must be sent from the email address associated with your account.

Once we receive your email, the technical support team will contact you within one hour to request your bank details or your corresponding wallet, in order to proceed with the withdrawal.

Can I make coverage?
The implementation of hedging strategies in the evaluation account is expressly prohibited. This means that simultaneous opposing positions (buy and sell) on the same financial instrument cannot be held. That is, if a long position (buy) is open, a short position (sell) cannot be opened on the same asset, and vice versa.

Detection of this practice during periodic audits or pre-withdrawal review processes will be considered a serious violation of operating rules and will result in immediate disqualification of the participant and cancellation of the account, with no right to appeal.
Is the use of Stop loss mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory, but we recommend using it to have planned risk management. The market at different times can change its volatility and generate a negative impact on your account

Is it allowed to operate news?
Yes, it is allowed, although keep in mind that this can be a very high risk variable.

We recommend trading news with caution, as the high volatility of the market in fractions of a second can cause orders or stop-loss orders to not be executed.
Is there any rule regarding operating time?
Yes. Whether in tests, simulated funding accounts or direct passes, the trader must trade at least once a week.

Remember that a trade opened on Monday and closed, for example, on Thursday, is considered a single trading day, since the trade's opening date is taken into account, not its closing date.

Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for removal. We require consistency in operations, and a minimum activity of once per week is the acceptable limit.
Can I swing?
Swing is allowed in Forex accounts.

Swing abuse is not allowed in Forex. Swing abuse is having low lot size operations or even swing operations with profits that cover their positions by increasing the daily loss. In this way, the trader violates the parameters by increasing the daily loss set by the company so that the balance margin remains open except for loss operations. The use of this strategy is strictly prohibited, the trader who is detected doing or abusing this strategy will be eliminated from the challenge or direct pass.
What will the profit distribution be once in a simulated funding account?
The distribution will be 80% of profits for the trader and 20% for the company

When can I request my first withdrawal?
You can request your withdrawal 30 business days after receiving the credentials for the simulated funding account

Can I use any EA system to trade?
The use of any EA is strictly prohibited, we are knowledgeable about this world and we know how at least 95% of the EA's that roam in the communities work, and really if that would benefit us or the client in the long term. , everyone would be using that type of operation. But we really believe that they are not beneficial to anyone, we are looking for traders who operate from their laptops or desktop PCs, with real studies, disciplines.

If any type of use of these systems is found, the account will be suspended
Can I do Copytrading?
Copy trading is not possible on our accounts.

Can I give my account to a third party to manage it?
Each account must be operated by the person who made the purchase on our website. You cannot transfer or assign your account to a third party to operate it on your behalf.
Is scalping allowed?
Scalping is allowed as long as the trades last 10 seconds or more.

10 seconds being the minimum allowed.
How many operations must I perform for the day to count as an operation?
For the day to count as traded, it must have at least 60 seconds (1 minute) of trading in the market.

It can be the sum of several operations (greater than 10 seconds) or even a single operation, but you must have 60 seconds of operation for the day to count.

Remember that a trade opened on Monday and closed, for example, on Thursday, is considered a single trading day, since the trade's opening date is taken into account, not its closing date.
Is there a monthly fee?
No, there are no monthly fees

Can I switch from trading, for example, 10 lots to trading 1 lot, to meet the trading days?
The trader must operate in strict accordance with the declared and approved trading plan. Any unjustified deviation will be considered a serious breach of the rules.

Position size must be maintained within a consistent and proportional range, respecting the exposure equivalence between mini and micro contracts. Abrupt or disproportionate changes in lot size, whether upward or downward, are not permitted. For example, switching from 1 mini to 1 micro, or from 1 micro to 1 mini, is not allowed; only equivalent or gradual adjustments are acceptable.

Furthermore, the trading plan cannot be used to artificially meet the days-traded rule. It is not permitted to trade with higher exposure in the first few days and then reduce it to minimal sizes in order to meet the required days while minimizing risk.
Any conduct aimed at forcing trading days, simulating activity, or circumventing the spirit of the evaluation will be considered a direct violation of the rules and may result in the disqualification of the account, the cancellation of the direct pass, or the revocation of the funding, without the right to appeal.

This rule applies without exception to Forex, CFDs and Futures, both in lots and mini and micro contracts.

Emerge Profit prioritizes consistency, discipline, and professionalism, not merely the formal fulfillment of the days operated.
Can I access it from different devices?
Access to the account is only permitted from the trader's trusted devices, such as desktop PC, notebook or mobile phone.

For security reasons, we do not recommend logging in with your credentials from devices that are not in your regular use or that are not registered as trusted.

If you need to change or add a new trusted device, you must contact support to notify them. Once notified, the new device will be properly registered in the system.
Can accounts be merged?
It is something we can do by looking at the trader's track record. What interests us is to evaluate the traders and see what they offer us in returns so that we can consider different benefits. This affects the question about accounts greater than 100k

Can I operate from my cell phone?
Yes, whether you select Dxtrade or cTrader as your platform, both have applications for both Android and IOS.

Key features of the direct pass:

Immediate access to the account after activation

In the case of Forex and CFD Direct Passes, you can leave the trades open since swing trading is allowed on these types of accounts.
What platforms are used in direct passes?
In Direct Futures Passes, you can choose from the following provider and platform combinations:

Can I change the selected market?
If you purchase a Futures account, you will not be able to switch to the FX market, as they are two different markets.
Why can't I trade during the closing or changing of the American session in Direct Futures Passes?
At the close of the American session, some instruments leave no opportunity to modify operations. This depends entirely on the type of instruments and as long as there is an active market session.

I am a resident of the USA (US citizen). Can I access the service?
You can access from the USA without any problem with any of our Futures platforms.

Forex and CFDs can only be accessed with our Dxtrade platform with integrated Tradingview.
Do you have rules or limits on lot sizes - contracts?
We have no rules or limits on lot size - contracts; we apply the 50% rule to the trades we operate. Traders must adhere to this rule and can operate as much as their account allows.

Do they require KYC?
All customers must complete their KYC verification at the time of requesting their withdrawal.

The company will only request basic identity verifications to comply with current security regulations.
Do I have to operate every day?
We don't have a rule that forces traders to trade every day, but they should keep in mind the rule of a minimum of one trade per week that lasts at least 60 seconds (or the sum of several trades on the same trading day that total 60 seconds).

How do I connect to TradingView?
With a Futures Direct Pass, we'll send you Tradovate credentials so you can connect to Tradingview. Once your purchase is complete, we'll send you instructions on how to connect your account.

When using EmergeFX Direct Passes, selecting the Dxtrade platform already includes the TradingView platform, so you won't need to make any links.
Do you have mobile platforms?
Yes, we have mobile platforms available for Forex, CFD, and Futures Direct Passes. You can find them, depending on the market, in our "PLATFORMS" section.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
There is no minimum withdrawal amount, so you can withdraw any minimum balance you want, as long as you respect the stipulated maximum amounts.

What happens if I place more contracts or lots than allowed?
The system will not allow you to place more contracts or lots than your capital allows.

Is there a lot control?
If you consistently trade 3 contracts/lots per day, you should trade this way or your trades should be similar. Withdrawals will be invalidated if, for example, a trader trades 3 minis daily and then trades 1 micro to fill the withdrawal days.

What happens if I reach the maximum or daily loss?
Under no circumstances may the maximum loss or the daily loss be reached, whether through closed trades or open positions.

Please note that the daily loss limit resets with each session change. For example, if you register a daily loss of -$500 on a $50.000 account, once the session changes from the American to the Asian session, the daily loss limit will reset to the maximum allowed value.

Please note that the daily loss limit resets with each session change. For example, if you have a USD 50.000 account with a daily loss limit of USD 1000 and you register a daily loss of -USD 500, once you switch from the American session to the Asian session, the daily loss limit will reset to the maximum allowed value.
What happens if I reach the maximum or daily loss but my trade is still open?
The system will detect the losing operation and close your position, declaring the account lost.

Is there any rule regarding operating time?
Yes. Whether in tests, simulated funding accounts or direct passes, the trader must trade at least once a week, with 1 minute being the minimum required.

Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for removal. We require consistency in operations, and a minimum activity of once per week is the acceptable limit.
Can I make coverage?
The implementation of hedging strategies in the DIRECT PASS account is expressly prohibited.

Operating Hours (Important)

Trading is permitted from market opening at 18:00 (ET) until a maximum closing of positions at 16:55 (ET).

All traders must close their positions before the permitted trading hours end.

Can I switch from trading, for example, 1 mini to trading 1 micro (or vice versa)?
The trader must operate in strict accordance with the declared and approved trading plan. Any unjustified deviation will be considered a serious breach of the rules.

Position size must be maintained within a consistent and proportional range, respecting the exposure equivalence between mini and micro contracts. Abrupt or disproportionate changes in lot size, whether upward or downward, are not permitted.

Will Drawdown follow me forever?
In Direct Futures Passes, once your minimum balance reaches the account's initial balance, the Drawdown will remain static.

That is to say, when you reach the safety cushion, the DD will stop chasing you.
For example, if you have a 50k account, and you earn 2500 usd, your account will reach 52500 usd and your minimum balance will reach 50000 usd and it will not move anymore.

In the case of EmergeFX Direct Passes the Drawdown will always be static and will not chase you.
The Drawdown will move only once when the safety cushion is reached and the initial balance is reached, and it will not move from that location for the entire life of the account.

How does STATIC DD work?
Static DD refers to the fact that the minimum balance will not change regardless of any profits. It will simply remain at the same value. It will only change once, which is when the trader reaches the account's buffer. At that point, the DD will move to breakeven once, that is, to the value of the account's initial balance. It will remain static and will never change again during the life of the account.
How does DD EOD (End of Day) work?
The drawdown is at the end of the day (EOD), this means that the drawdown will always be updated at the close of the American session - Asian opening, based on the operator's profits. If the trader has no profits, he will not move. Example: If the trader has an account of 50k, his minimum balance will be situated at 48k and if he executes 3 trades in a day, it will be as follows:
1- +300
2- -200
3- +400
Your total will be +500, bringing your balance to 50.500, and your minimum balance will remain at 48k, at the change of session your minimum balance will be updated to 48.500, this will be the case until the minimum account balance reaches 50k, once If this happens, the drawdown will remain static.
